In addition to being a playwright and scholar, Roxanne is also a dramaturg, serving on theatre productions including “Dead Woman Home” (Panama Theatre Project), “Orpheus” (Open Circle Theatre), and “The Countess” (Theatre Babylon). She recently completed her Ph.D. in Performance Studies at New York University, focusing on the intersection of trauma, death, and performance. She currently serves on the Literary Committee of Playscripts, Inc. (a New York script publisher), and as the Publications Director for the Mae West Fest (an annual festival of original theatre written and directed by women).
