Short Bio
Susan Rich lives in Seattle but has previously lived in Bosnia, Niger, South Africa, West Bank and Gaza, and worked as an electoral supervisor, human rights trainer, Peace Corps Volunteer, and scholar. Poems appear in Alaska Quarterly Review, Bellingham Review, Christian Science Monitor, Massachusetts Review, International Poetry Review, North American Review, Poetry International, Seattle Review, Southern Poetry Review, and Witness. She is currently an editor at Floating Bridge Press, teaches writing and film at Highline Community College and in the Antioch University MFA program, and is a founding board member of the Somali Rights Network.
