Your donation is an investment in women writers and in the power of the written word. Hedgebrook writers are women whose voices make a difference in the world. They are Women Authoring Change. A gift to Hedgebrook ensures that the work of women writers will continue to enrich the global community.

Hedgebrook is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and all donations are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.  We also accept in-kind donations on a case-by-case basis.

CEDAR DEEP CIRCLE

It happened around the farmhouse table at Hedgebrook as it has happened so many nights before—a group of women writers were talking in that particular communion that graces this place and in that spirit we came up with a powerful idea.

We’re asking you to join us in what we are calling the Cedar Deep Circle. This is a new alumnae-led fundraising effort whereby a growing circle of women will pledge $30 a month to Hedgebrook.

The Cedar Deep Circle is a way for us to protect Hedgebrook by providing a reliable monthly source of income.  It makes sense that such a gift should come from all of us, who have benefited the most from this extraordinary place and who want to give something back. Hedgebrook has provided nearly 1,200 women writers with its particular brand of exquisite care. Together we can save this place for the generations of women writers to come.
