Shauna Woods is current Treasurer of the Hedgebrook Board and former Board President. She is President of the Pace Woods Foundation, which focuses on Arts and Education, and is a Trustee Emeritus of the Seattle Repertory Theatre Board and currently serves on its Foundation Board. She is a former Washington State Arts Commissioner and former Board Chair and Treasurer of the Center for Women & Democracy. She worked for Citibank in the US and Latin America and has lived in the US and abroad in Brazil, Mexico and Tunisia.
